Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. In the unlikely event of a technical failure preventing download access, we will work to resolve the issue within 24–48 hours. Disputed PayPal charges made fraudulently after download access will be contested with full evidence.
All content, strategy files, indicator code, manual content, graphics, and materials on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of RAPTORZ RANGE THEORY. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the purchased materials for your own trading. You may NOT: resell, redistribute, share, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our materials. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
You may not use our products or website to: redistribute or resell our strategy to third parties; post our indicator files on public forums or file-sharing sites; claim our strategy as your own work; use our brand name to sell competing products; or engage in any illegal trading activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAPTORZ RANGE THEORY and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: use of our products, trading losses incurred while using our strategy, inability to access download files, or any other matters relating to our services.
We make no guarantee of any specific trading results, profits, or performance metrics. Any performance data shown on our website (win rates, pip counts, etc.) represents historical backtested or past results and is not a promise or guarantee of future results. Individual results will vary significantly.
Your download link is personal and unique to your purchase. Sharing your download link with others violates these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund. We monitor download patterns and reserve the right to revoke access if abuse is detected.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international digital commerce law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
